How to request a Token

As long as you build an application that uses Ingenico APIs to use features on the TETRA customer panel (transactions, basket display, …) or integrate with the cloud service center, you have to be registered as an ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and ask for a TOKEN that allows you to access the APIs on non-mockup devices.

Registered developers need to submit a support request or send us an email to obtain integration or production Token.

If you want to run your app on production devices, you must be boarded as ISV on the production Cloud Service Center (CSC). This MUST involve prior contract signature of what is called the commercial agreement,
